Please understand that The Craic Show is on the road most of the time, traveling from show to show. Because of that, we are only able to offer refunds or exchanges for items that arrive damaged during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive it so we can review the issue and get a replacement sent out as quickly as possible.

When reaching out, please include your order information and a photo of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve it promptly.
